Return Policy
Our policy is to make you happy! We aim to have the most amazing customer service on the internet. If you buy something and it doesn't work, we will send you another. If you are disappointed in a product let us know and we will find a way to make you smile. When possible, we would prefer to offer you another product instead of a refund. Health regulations require that we dispose of all returned products, used or not. This is very expensive for us. However, because we have the joy of serving Christian customers, we have a policy of letting your conscience be your guide. If you feel the product was not represented correctly or did not live up to your expectations, we will cheerfully refund your money. E-mail us and we will provide you with an address to ship the product back to us.
US and Canada:We have a flat fee of $5.50 on all USA orders and $12.99 on Canadian orders. Orders are shipped on Mondays,Wednesdays,and Fridays, by Priority mail. US customers should receive their orders in 3-4 days and Canadian customers 5-7 days.
During high volume times such as holidays, some orders may take as long as four days to be shipped. Please allow enough time to receive gifts for special occasions! If you have any special needs or requests, let us know.
In order to save you money, We do not offer tracking numbers. UPS charges twice what the post office does on small packages and we do not want to pass that cost along to you.
United Kingdom, France,and Germany are $24.99 and Australia is $29.99: Please be aware of the laws of your country when purchasing from us. We can not be held responsible for items held up in customs. We will ship your order as quickly as possible, but please allow extra time for packages to arrive to you.
