Return and Defective Policy

Sex toys are hard working.  Like most things, price and quality go hand in hand. There is premium, high quality, and expensive or there is cheaply made and cheaply priced.  All toys are guaranteed to be in good working order when they arrive. Products above $35 are warrantied for 30 days. Many premium toys include an additional manufacturer warranty up to one year.

By law, Intimate goods are are ineligible for return. This is so people do not return used sex toys that have come in contact with bodily fluids. Most sex toys aren't hermetically sealed, so for the health and safety of everyone, once your order leaves our warehouse all products are considered used and all sales are final.

We are happy to offer replacements for defective or damaged products that are defective right out of the box or DOA. E-mail us and and we will take care of the problem for you.  Please include a photo or video of the defective item for us to provide to the mfg so that we can get a credit. Any orders returned without prior permission will be discarded without being opened and no refund will be issued.
